I interact with many people in my field of work and across different charitable organizations, and I see that moral development plays a vital role in our lives. Respecting others, not humiliating them, and supporting them in their lives and various areas is essential. Unfortunately, a lack of moral growth leads us back to ungrounded behaviors that do not reflect our true values. I pray that we would awaken and positively influence our society. I want to emphasize that each of us has a role in this community, and Jesus said that our calling is to be the salt of the earth—especially as Christians. I pray that your peace is renewed in the midst of your circumstances, that you rise and succeed, that your heart is joyful in Jesus, and that you respect others not simply because you are different, but because your inner person is being renewed and you carry the image of your God on this earth—so that you rejoice, encourage others, and empathize with them, becoming the salt of the earth and the light of the world.

Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
